Portfolio: A new website and Customer Report

Saturday, April 23rd, 2011

Below you’ll find a few things I created lately for my work at Quipment. I’ve been busy with this the last few days and now I finally reached the end line of these projects.

A simple report card

The first project is a simple report card which covered the results from a customer survey we did last year. The goal was to get a similar look as the survey back than and also give it that report card feeling. Thanks to the printer this is accomplished. The response was great for this project and we scored very nicely, but it can be better! It always can!

New website: ExpoBoxx.nl

Last week I also finished work on a new website, www.expoboxx.nl. ExpoBoxx is a company that leases exclusive exhibition stands to other company’s.

It’s a relatively simple website but has a clean and exclusive look. My work went into the design and coding of the website. My goal was to create a professional looking website, but keep it as minimal as possible. I also wanted the website to look good in all browsers. I managed that for Chrome, Opera, Safari, FireFox and even Internet Explorer! That’s probably due to the simple lay-out. The end result is viewable here.

Portfolio: Q4YOU! – AutoRAI Edition designs

Tuesday, March 15th, 2011

Every year Quipment, the company I work for, organises a Q4YOU!. These Q4YOU! events are for clients only and invitation only. There are two different Q4YOU! events. A formal one, which discusses new products, services and common information about Quipment and a informal one where clients get to drive 4×4’s, Go-Karts or similar cool things to do!

Like last year I created two different things. One is an invitation for the Q4YOU! event and the other one is a notice for the event send prior to the invitation. This year we decided to organise it at the same time as the AutoRAI, the #1 exposition about new upcoming cars (a smaller version of the North American International Auto Show). Q4YOU! attendees get free tickets for this event.

Portfolio: Direct Email design

Tuesday, December 14th, 2010

For my study we needed to create a design for a direct email. We decided to take the KLM (Yes from the airplanes) as subject and in specific: the possibility to choose your meal in advance before your flight. So no more surprises on board, because you’ll already know what’s for diner. We named the service e-Meal. Everything is created from scratch, from the design and text to the HTML that was used for sending the email. I worked together with Randy Hatumena on this assignment, so he gets half of the credits!
