This Motion Graphic was an assignment for school. We had to create 30 seconds of a commercial like movie for the NHM museum. It had to include After Effects, Green screen and sound (Voice, FX, music). No need to say more….You’ll just have to watch it! Love to hear what you think about it.
It’s been a bit quiet lately in the portfolio part of this website, but now I can finally ad some new stuff here. Due to some exhibitions at work and about 1000 other things that also needed to be done I hadn’t time to level up my portfolio.
Below you’ll find banners I made for the exhibition Taxi Expo and some flyer’s and brochures that we’re given out by hostesses on that same exhibition.
On 5 and 6 November my company (Quipment) had an exhibition in Cologne (Deutschland). The exhibition, Taxi Messe, was the first one with visitors from all over europe. A great opportunity for Quipment to get itself in the picture. For this to be a great success, we needed to create a lot of stuff. Brochures, key cords, stickers etc. etc.
Another important thing to have was a website which provides access to our product information. It also needed to have an international look and the intelligence to detect a users language. Unfortunately due to the large amount of work, that needed to be done for this exhibition, there wasn’t any time to implement this. Therefor there’s only a German version right now, but other languages will follow soon!

For school we need to create a motion graphic that has a 30 second duration. Some requirements for the motion graphic are: Green screen (Chroma Key) and After effects animation.
This is the first time I’m using After Effects and might want to see it’s one of the coolest but hardest programs to work with. It features so much options that it’s hard to get clear how to get something done.
I managed to get most of the animation assets done right now with the help of AEtuts and Video CoPilot. I’m still working on a 2,5D design with Photoshop layers. I’ll keep you posted on that one. For now you can find the assets I created so far below. Let me know what you think about it!
I was just going through all the items in my Portfolio which I save in a hard copy format. Most of the time it are brochures and magazines. This one was kind off forgotten however. I just found it again and it made me smile! It’s one of the little things I’m really proud of.
Last year at university we needed to analyse a dutch brand and design the results in a brand related booklet.
